Ultimately, this service allows me as your wedding coordinator to fully deliver all the hard work and planning you have applied towards your big day. Not only do I assist in ensuring all areas are accounted for in the process leading up to, it is my responsibility to carry out every detail of the day, so you and your guests can fully enjoy yourselves. I manage all communications with the wedding party, family, and vendors, ensuring that your event stays on schedule so that you can focus on you and all worries go out the door. My goal is simply to provide the highest service, keeping you in the moment: happy and calm, trusting that I and my team will deliver the best result.

*Vendor Recommendations*

Referrals for DJ, Florist, Venue, Catering, etc...

 

*Planning Sessions*

Up to three scheduled phone calls to discuss and review goals,

details, formalities, and final day-of details prior to the wedding.

 

*On-Site Visit*

One on-site scheduled visit 2-12 weeks prior to the wedding day to

go over vision, layout, and décor goals. Includes customized layout

according to best flow for event and vendor placement.

 

*Personalized Itinerary*

Customized schedule according to couple's goals, hired vendors, traditions & priorities

 

*Vendor Confirmations*

Correspondence & communication with vendors prior to the event date. 

*Rehearsal coordination*

Within 7 days of the wedding. On-site review of tips, details, queues, and timeline.

 

*Day-of-event set up*

Manage décor/DIY goals discussed, & assist with vendor set needs.

*Coordination*

Main contact and liaison for vendors, bridal party, family, guests & couple.

(Up to eight hours)

*Coordinator Assistant*

Day-of assistant on site to ensure all goes accordingly and smoothly.

 

*Emergency Kit*

Access to our all-in-one emergency kit.

 

*Additional Photos*

Captured photos during rehearsal, ceremony, and reception.

 

Traveling Fees are included within the first 15 miles from 95678.

 

*additional expenses will be applied when traveling outside distances specified by package:

*$0.35 per mile for gasoline coverage

*$60 per hour for travel time

*When traveling out of state or over 2 hours (by vehicle), I ask that my client cover my flight 100% (when applicable) and only 25%

of my accommodations and rental car (when applicable). Details will be discussed upon package booking.
