Visually develop the style and theme of your wedding day. Creating your vision according to budget, and shared with your vendors to make sure everyone is on the same page with your vision coming to life!
We research appropriate vendors according to price range, your budget, and guest count. Up to 3, per vendor:
Vendor Contract Review.
We review all hired vendor contracts and updated contracts in depth, to ensure all details are aligned and accounted for. Plus, verify pricing is fair and reasonable.
$390 Flat Rate up to 10 vendors, or
$140 per 3 vendor contracts

One Hour Walk through of venue location to discuss additional layout, details, flow, recommendations and goals.
$75 + Travel
Customized aerial layout according to best flow for event and vendor placement. On-site Visit required. (Shareable)

Rehearsal walk-through in review of ques, tips and expertise.

We walk you through planning and customizing your detailed itinerary with lead planner Kaitlin, so you don't have to stress about missing a thing! (Shareable)
Add and extra pair of hands to help manage the day-of needs.
