Ultimately, this service allows me as your wedding coordinator to fully deliver all the hard work and planning you have applied towards your big day. Not only do I assist in ensuring all areas are accounted for in the process leading up to, it is my responsibility to carry out every detail of the day, so you and your guests can fully enjoy yourselves. I manage all communications with the wedding party, family, and vendors, ensuring that your event stays on schedule so that you can focus on you and all worries go out the door. My goal is simply to provide the highest service, keeping you in the moment: happy and calm, trusting that I and my team will deliver the best result.

Up to three scheduled phone calls to discuss and review goals,
details, formalities, and final day-of details prior to the wedding.
*On-Site Visit*
One on-site scheduled visit 2-12 weeks prior to the wedding day to
go over vision, layout, and décor goals. Includes customized layout
according to best flow for event and vendor placement.
*Personalized Itinerary*
Customized schedule according to the couple's goals, hired vendors, traditions & priorities. We share a tailored individual timeline with family, wedding party members and vendors according to required information.
*Vendor Confirmations & Contract Review*
We take the time to review your vendor contracts to ensure all details are accounted for. Correspondence & communication with vendors prior to the event date to collaborate on itinerary and confirm their services. Plus, we set up day-of reminders directly for your vendors to remaking on time.
*Rehearsal coordination*
Within 7 days of the wedding. On-site review of tips, details, queues, standing and seated position and timeline.
*Day-of-event set up*
Manage décor/DIY goals discussed, & assist with vendor set needs.
*Coordination*
Main contact and liaison for vendors, bridal party, family, guests & couple.
(Up to ten consecutive hours)

Day-of assistant on site to ensure all goes accordingly and smoothly.

Travel Fees included in the first 15 miles of 95678
Applied to all packages:
*When traveling (By Vehicle) outside labeled travel expenses by package, additional expenses will be applied:
*$00.50 per mile for gasoline coverage
*$72 per hour for travel time
When location exceeds 90 minutes (Drive time)*
I ask that my client cover the following expenses:
Accommodations: Only 50% (One or two nights)
Per Diem: $75 per day
When traveling out of state (By Air)
I ask that my client cover the following expenses:
Flight: 100%
Accommodations: Only 50%
Car Rental: 100% (When Necessary)
Per Diem: $75 per day
*Weekend Time Expense to be added: +$350
*Full Week Time Expense to be added: +$800
