Meet in Person. 

Your coordinator meets with you & your fiance face to face over coffee (Our treat!) to spend some quality time together! Getting to know each other and answering any questions you may have! 45-minute meet-up.

Planning Sessions. 

Feel you need an additional call outside of your package inclusions? Add additional calls per half hour. Zoom or regular phone call.

Rental Ordering and Customization. 

We communicate any and all changes with your rental vendor to ensure all appropriate quantities are in line, colors align, backups are in place, pricing is fair and final details including arrival times are set and secure!

Vendor Research. 

We research appropriate vendors according to price range, your budget, and guest count. Up to 3, per vendor:

*Vendor Contract Review.

We review all hired vendor contracts and updated contracts in depth, to ensure all details are aligned and accounted for.  Plus, verify pricing is fair and reasonable.

$390 Flat Rate up to 10 vendors, or

$140 per 3 vendor contracts

*Venue Layout. 

Customized aerial layout according to best flow for event and vendor placement. On-site Visit required. (Shareable)

*Vendor Confirmations.

Correspondence & communication with vendors prior to event date to review and confirm details, needs, plus itinerary sharing & collaboration.

*Rehearsal Coordination.

1-Hour Rehearsal walk-through in review of ques, tips and expertise.

*Itinerary Call.

We walk you through planning and customizing your detailed itinerary with lead planner Kaitlin, so you don't have to stress about missing a thing! Customized schedule according to couple's goals, hired vendors, traditions & priorities. Share tailored individual timelines with family, wedding party members and vendors according to required information. (Plus, you can setup text/email reminders for family, wedding party members & vendors!)

*Coordinator Assistant.

Add an extra pair of hands to help manage the day-of needs.

(Subject to availability, 8 hours, first 25 miles travel included)

*Finalize Balances. 

Distribute final payments/gratuities on the day of the wedding, so you or family don't have to feel obligated or responsible.
