This service tier is recommended for the soon to be Bride and/or Groom that wants to be involved with most of the details of their wedding, yet either can’t find enough time to remember every detail and schedule important correspondence, or simply would like the assistance of an artistic eye. The Middle-Tier package still allows for freedom of planning with an affordable budget. I assist in making sure all areas are accounted for and organization is in line with what your expectations may be for your special day. This service allows me to help you build your wedding with plenty of flexibility, yet fully deliver all your applied work and carefully constructed plans for your big day, beyond what you could have imagined. My job is to help carry the weight as you plan for such an important day, guiding you accordingly. Also, it is my responsibility to take on the full load of setting up personal decorations, laying out all specifics for the itinerary, communicating with the wedding party, family, and vendors to stay on schedule the day of the wedding, so that you can focus on you. My goal is simply to provide the highest service, keeping you happy and calm, able to savor every moment, knowing and trusting that I will deliver the best result.

Confirm what you have booked and finalize all dependencies. Ensuring fair and balanced pricing for quotes given. Organization of Final Payments. Negotiations if necessary.
*Local Pick-up/Errands*
Whether it's a simple morning of coffee pick up, need lunch picked up or an errand for any forgotten items, I am available for this service. (Within terms)
*Additional time*
I am available from set up to tear down to make sure all personal items/decor are returned and all guests leave the venue safely, up to 15 hours. ($100/hr thereafter)

My Promise
Traveling Fees are included within the first 25 miles from 95678.
*additional expenses will be applied when traveling outside distances specified by package:
*$0.35 per mile for gasoline coverage
*$60 per hour for travel time
*When traveling out of state or over 2 hours (by vehicle), I ask that my client cover my flight 100% (when applicable) and only 25%
of my accommodations and rental car (when applicable). Details will be discussed upon package booking.
